Work shall consist of but is not limited to the following: Install 370 LF of 7 FT high Security chain link fence with grounding system. 140 LF of this fence will be installed at existing concrete and will require post holes to be core drilled. All fencing materials shall be galvanized steel with black PVC coating. Fence shall include One 12 FT cantilever rolling gate and Two 4 FT swing gates. Install 190 LF of 2 FT X 4 IN thick mow strip adjacent to existing concrete. The S.E. corner of the fence requires a 46 FT X 7 FT X 4 IN mow strip. All new mow strip shall slope away from existing concrete slab. See attached drawing for additional details. Finish grade and sod all disturbed areas with buffalo grass. Water sodded area as required to keep it damp for 3 weeks (including weekends).
