The Government is requesting a non-personnel service contract for Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services.This will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract being competed as 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 812320 with a standard size of $8 million. The Government intends to award this firm fixed-price contract as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).This contract is for a base year plus for option years. Offerors shall submit only one proposal for Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Services as the Government will review only one proposal per Offeror.Proposals must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirments for Proposal (RFP). All proposals shall be submitted in writing via email micheal.r.garrett3.civ@army.mil and christopher.w.martin24.civ@army to Proposals must be received no later than 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Thursday, 16 October 2025. The Government will answer questions received no later than 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Wednesday, 01 October 2025. The Government will respond to questions via the issuance of an amendment which incorporates the question and the Government’s response.
