The solicitation will consist of one NSN: Line Item 0001: 4020-01-579-7011 Fiber Rope Assembly This item is proprietary to Cortland Industrial LLC. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The solicitation issue date will be on 8/2/2024 and the closing date will be on 9/2/2024. The solicitation will be unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition for a definite quantity contract and does not authorize delivery of any material. The government plans to award a Fixed Price Definite Quantity Contract. Only FOB Origin pricing will be acceptable.
