This notice is being issued to annouce solicitation SPE8EG-25-Q-0006 has been issued to the DLA Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) website. Copies of the redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) have been issued as an attachment to this notice and as attachment to the solicitation. Vendors must submit quotes in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation no later than Monday, July 7, 2025 at 3:00PM EST. This is a Synopsis as required by the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 416) and fulfills the synopsis and advertising requirements prescribed in FAR Part 5 – Publicizing Contract Actions. The solicitation will consist of one NSN: Line Item 0001: 6240-01-362-4902 Light, Lip, Special This item is proprietary to Seitz Scientific Industries, Inc. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The solicitation will utilize a Small Business Set Aside for an indefinite quantity contract and does not authorize delivery of any material. The government plans to award a Fixed Price with EPA, Indefinite Quantity Contract, with a two (2) year base period and three one (1) year options. Only FOB Origin pricing will be acceptable. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The SAM site may be accessed at https://www.sam.gov. The final contract award decision will be Price Only. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained through the DLA Internet Bulletin Board System (DIBBS).
