This notice is being issued to announce Amendment 0003, effective 16 April 2025, was issued 16 April 2025 to re-solicit RFP - SPE8EG-24-R-0007. Amendment and solicitation has been issued to the DLA Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Rfp/RfpRec.aspx?sn=SPE8EG24R0007. Offers must submitted to andrew.c.rose@dla.mil no later than April 30, 2025 at 3:00PM EDT. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a Synopsis as required by the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 416), and fulfills the synopsis and advertising requirements prescribed in FAR Part 5 – Publicizing Contract Actions. The solicitation will consist of one NSN: Line Item 0001: NSN 4420-01-290-5043 Cooler, Fluid, Industrial This item is proprietary to Boyd Corporation (Woburn) Inc. (CAGE – 11245) (P/N 504043). Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The solicitation issue date will be on or around 07/24/2024, and the closing date will be on or around 08/23/2024. The solicitation will be Unrestricted, will be for an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery type contract, and does not authorize delivery of any material. The government plans to award a Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with an AEQ of 25 each, a base period of 1 year, and four 1-year options. The expected overall estimated quantity is 125 each and the total expected Contract term is up to 5 years. Only FOB Origin pricing will be acceptable. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The SAM site may be accessed at https://www.sam.gov.
