This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources; please do not request a copy of a solicitation, as one does not exist at this time. The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever AFB seeks potential Small or Large Business sources capable of providing the Central Utilities Plant with specific chemicals to treat the hot and cold water closed loops to prevent corrosion, scale and improper PH balances. Without these chemicals all of the equipment associated with these systems is at great risk of corrosion that will eventually cause failure. The systems shall be sampled weekly and be tested for alkalinity, conductivity and sulfite as a minimum standard. See Attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 29 May 2020.
