The following request represents the minimum requirements of the Joint Region Marianas Fire and Emergency Services. Description: Provide Routine annual service for Eagle breathing air compressor. MN: B4A15M3D5U SN: 25618301 Includes: - Routine maintenance parts - Purification cartridge - Air filter - Oil - Air Sample Scope of work compressor service 1. Inspect oil level/pressure 2. Inspect air pressure gauges 3. Calibrate CO Monitor/moisture Indicator 4. Change purification filters 5. Change O-rings 6. Service Auto-drain 7. Lubricate motor/engine 8. Inspect on-off button/emergency stop 9. Inspect fill whips 10. Inspect muffler, reservoir and drain 11. Inspect regulators 12. Inspect doors, panels, and frame 13. Inspect piping fittings and monitor for air leaks 14. Insure head bolts at proper torque 15. Inspect and clean cooling fans 16. Service Final Separator 17. Clean compressor 18. Air sample (optional, but recommended) 19. Inspect compressor and fill system for air leaks 20. Inspect and replace air/intake filter 21. Inspect and clean compressor coolers 22. Inspect drive belts 23.
