Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for 55 4-day Breckenridge Ski Lift Tickets. The Government is contemplating a sole source award to The Vail Corporation (CAGE: 5TTV1), under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Proposed contract action will be a purchase order for the identified items and quantities and not to exceed $250,000. Contract is planned to be awarded by 19 January 2023. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The sole source justification has been posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 713920, and the small business size standard is $35.0M. This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
