This NSN has configuration control, a critical application item, and a higher level quality requirement, Boeing Rights Guard, and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. SOURCES SOUGHT: SKIN, AIRCRAFT The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for NSN 1560-01-103-0181, SKIN, AIRCRAFT. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
