The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a Firm-Fixed Price (FPP) Request for Proposal (RFP) for a 5-Year Requirements type Long Term Contract (LTC). The Technical Data Package (TDP) is competitive and limited to DoD and US DoD Contractors only. Access to the TDP is restricted, requiring vendors to submit a request for access in SAM.gov.
