This solicitation is for a quantity of 18 each. Solicitation is being solicited as a Total Small Business set-aside. The required delivery is 289 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control, a critical application item, and a higher level quality requirement, Boeing Rights Guard, and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 24 April 2020. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
