INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Carlisle Barracks intends to award this requirement for Range Usage on a Sole Source basis to: Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), on a Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement. Should any future requirement(s) evolve from this preliminary planning process, the requirement has an expected Period of Performance of 26 August 2020 - 25 August 2025. This procurement will be processed as Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is neither a Request for Quotation nor an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 713990. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by date and time specified in this posting. If no affirmative written responses are received by the due date indicating that comparable source exists, an order will be placed with PGC, for the aforementioned requirement. The US Army War College in support of the DES requires the following service in accordance with the attached PWS: Range usage for the DES to complete semi-annual weapons qualifications for all Police and Security Guard personnel and any new personnel that are hired throughout the year.
