This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction). Responses are to be sent via email to crystal.l.provencher.civ@mail.mil no later than 5:00 PM, April 26, 2020. Project Description: the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Benning is seeking sources for an order of magnitude of over $10 million dollar Job Order Contract (JOC) for Construction. The period of performance is expected to be a maximum of three years (base ordering period of 1 year and 2 optional one-year ordering periods). The contractor must have constructional experience in all disciplines and have available bonding capability with verification from Securities or Bonding Company. Task orders are anticipated to be in the $150,000 to $1,000,000 range. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. A DRAFT statement of work is provided for reference. Contractors should submit a brief narrative of the following: Demonstrate capable experience with projects similar in size and scope of this requirement; Identify bonding capacity; Provide examples of past performance that is recent (work completed within the last 3 years) and relevant, similar in size and scope of this order of magnitude (over $10 million). Information requested in this paragraph shall not exceed a total of ten (10) pages. Email responses are required. Please include your business size with your submittal.
