This procurement is for NSN: 4220-01-533-2994 This acquisition is being solicited as other than full and open competition. Delivery is as follows: 110 days. Anticipated award date: 2022 May 10. The Government intends to award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government, price and past performance considered. This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one or a limited number of sources. The applicable statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.1901, as implemented by FAR 13.500. The applicable regulatory authority is FAR Section 13.501(a)(1)(ii). The contractor shall submit their part numbers, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided. -The contractor must provide information to show it possesses, or shall possess, adequate production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable it, or its subcontractors, to meet production delivery requirements for these items.
