The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) awarded contract modification P00004 for HM047622C0065 GEOCOG SENSE on 08/27/2024. The modification was supported by a justification for other than full and open competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 which is attached to this notice. This modification definitized Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 01 with a value of $517,271 to add a phase 3 transition phase to the contract. To enable a smooth transition, NGA requires the addition of a 4-month-long transition period (Phase 3) to contract HM047622C0065, which will include the development of necessary additional capabilities and the testing and demonstration of the GEOCOG software against NGA’s program workflow to facilitate evaluation of enterprise readiness.
