The amount and frequency ... This service is to ensure that military personnel have a clean, sanitary toilet to utilize while training in training at MTC. Portable toilets are provided by the government. The amount and frequency of portable latrine cleaning is determined by the number of Soldier’s/units and their frequency utilizing MTC. A typical year will place the units into service in the late February early March and will begin to increase through the spring. Usage will level off and remain consistent throughout the year until late October. During the busy season (March-October) the training site will need no more than 29 portable toilets cleaned.
