The purpose of this requirement is to provide the SMPG Program Office with software maintenance and support for the perpetual licenses of IBM Maximo used to deliver FEM. This scope will incorporate maintenance for additional licenses that were purchased separately. Where the maintenance period of performance of the additional licenses deviates from this period of performance, the contractor must pro-rate the base term to bring those licenses into alignment with the original license set.
