Da... This is a Pre-solicitation Notice Only. No contract shall be awarded from this Pre-solicitation Notice. The anticipated requirement is for the non-personal services of a Catholic Priest for Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Cavazos, Texas, 76544. It is projected that the requirement for the service will exist for the base of six (6) months and one (1) 12-month option period. The period of performance is 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025 for the base and one (1) 12-month options from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026. This request is for Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Cavazos, Texas, 76544. This requirement is procured using NAICS code 813110 and size standard $13M. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price contract. SEE ACCOMPANYING PWS Award shall be made to the offeror whose quote represents the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the government as outlined in the forthcoming solicitation including all unexercised options and not solely on price and price related factors. In making the award decision, the Contracting Officer shall consider the evaluated rating of all factors. All responsible sources shall be considered. The proposed acquisition will not be a set-aside. This solicitation package shall be available on the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://sam.gov). All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 27 February 2025. All contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
