NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED CONTRACTORS: THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED IN IT'S ENTIRETY AS PER THE ARKANSAS ARMY NATIONAL GUARD, RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION BATTALION, CAMP JOSEPH T. ROBINSON, NORTH LITTLE, AR AND THE NATIONAL GUARD BUREAU. IT IS UNDETERMINED IF THE REQUIREMENT WILL BE RE-ADVERTISED IN THE FUTURE. 8-1-2024 Amendment 01 added: see attachements. The Arkansas Army National Guard, Recruitment and Retention Battalion, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas intends to establish a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the delivery of a quantity of 3 Ranger Crew XP 1000 Northstar Side By Side UTV's (or equal) with specific components. See attached Specifications document for more detailed information. Contracto's please note that the color must not be Camouflage. Equal products offered will be subject to the requirements of FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal (AUG 1999). See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document for more detailed information. Delivery is requested 90 Days ARO. Contractor's must indicate the lead time in their quote package, if the number of Days ARO is expected to take longer than 90 Days ARO. Contractor's must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award. FAR Clauses FAR 52.212-4 and FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition. Contractor's interested in submitting a quote package must submit their quote package via email, in pdf format, to monica.d.walker.civ@army.mil by no later than 4:30 pm Central Time on Friday, August 02, 2024. Do not mail your quote package. Contractor's must submit any and all questions in writing to monica.d.walker.civ@army.mil by no later than 10:00 am Central Time on Thursday, August 01, 2024. Questions will not be answered telephonically. An Amendment will be posted to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation containing all of the questions and answers.
