This Sources Sought Notice is not expected to be a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of any potential offeror to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. This Sources Sought Notice is for services to One Siemen’s ARCADIS Avantic C-Arm At present, this C-Arm works appropriately; there are no issues with functionality. The C-Arm has had annual maintenance inspection in accordance with the company’s recommended maintenance schedule. US Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL)requires continued services for inspection, calibration, and/or maintenance/repair/replacement of parts for future years. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain annual services to inspect, calibrate, and/or maintain (i.e. repair/replacement of parts) one Siemen’s ARCADIS Avantic C-Arm. The inspection, calibration, maintenance services shall be performed at USAARL.
