This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Industrial Shredder Preventative Maintenance prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quote (RFQ) with a solicitation number of W911SF-23-R-0028. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. This requirement is for Industrial Shredder Preventative Maintenance for the MCoE G2. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811210 – Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment – Office Supplies and Devices. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using “ALL or NONE” basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose price is lowest and is considered fair and reasonable. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Moore has a requirement to contract Industrial Shredder Preventative Maintenance for the MCoE G2 to perform the maintenance outlined in the 20 point PM Program for the Security Engineered Machinery (SEM) Industrial Shredders/Disintegrators Model DS22/5; SN: 04106011 and Model 22; SN: 44J6636. The Contracting Officer has determined the contract type to be firm fixed price (FFP). SOW (Attached). Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Moore has a requirement for Industrial Shredder Preventative Maintenance. The contractor shall deliver within 90 days after receipt of order the ammunition that is satisfactory to the Government as reflected in bid sample and quality assurance testing. The Government contemplates award of one Firm Fixed Price contract under the Small Business Program (100% Set-Aside for Small Business).
