SUBJECT: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for; Memmert Climate Controlled Cabinet. 1.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2.) The Solicitation ID for this requirement is 0011848210, this Requirement is being solicited as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). 3.) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAC 2202-07; and supplemental Regulations from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DFARS Change 6/23/2022. 4.) This requirement is a brand-name requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1(c), as such any proposal that provides for or-equal items will not be considered for this solicitation. 5.) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services is incorporated in this requirement as prescribed IAW FAR 12.301(C). The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation will be most advantageous to the government. The government will evaluate quotes based on price, technical acceptability, and conformity to the solicitation. 9.)
