The Center for Strategic Leadership (CSL) serves as an educational center and high technology laboratory focused on the decision-making process at the strategic, interagency, and operational levels; and the strategic use of land power in joint and combined operations. Both objectives are examined and studied by CSL and its customers through the use of wargames, exercises, related events, and educational instruction. To facilitate the execution of these events, CSL maintains five (5) accredited networks. The intent of the contract is to provide risk management framework (RMF) support to the CSL to allow CSL to maintain its current five (5) network accreditation packages while developing the five (5) new packages required to activate the upgraded IT infrastructure in Collins Hall. Period of Performance ("PoP") shall be 1 (one) 12 month base period and four (4) 12-month Option Years.
