The Regional Health Contracting Office Pacific at Fort Shafter, Hawaii intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed price, non-personal services indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for Clinical Laboratory Testing for COVID-19 at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), USAMEDDAC-Korea. This requirement is for an ordering period of 1 February 2021 – 31 January 2027. Required qualifications for clinical laboratory testing services includes but is not limited to: Accreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and/or Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA). The laboratory shall be located in Korea. A web address for the test results to be checked. The website URL shall begin with https://. Couriers/drivers shall have a car/van with functioning A/C. This vehicle shall be utilized to transport the laboratory specimen within temperature-controlled coolers. Minimum three (3) years of clinical laboratory experience. The proposed acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621511 and the annual size standard is $35.0M. The solicitation will be available on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://beta.sam.gov/) on or around 15 October 2021. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
