This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. Each sample shall contain sufficient DNA for complete typing at 24 cycles using the GlobalFiler, GlobalFiler Express, and Identifiler Plus amplification kits containing a minimum of 15 ul per sample. Participants should be able to report STR and/or YSTR analyses. Reference SOW for additional specific qualifications and requirements., 1, JOB; LI 002: Database Swabs,50 Total# CY Tests(Semi-Annual:(25) SPRING Database Tests and (25) FALL Database Tests: Three (3) single-source white blood cell or saliva/buccal samples, to include knowns and matching questioned(s), deposited in a homogenous arrangement on FTA Indicating Paper. Each sample shall contain sufficient DNA for complete typing at 24 cycles using the GlobalFiler, GlobalFiler Express, and Identifiler Plus amplification kits containing a minimum of 15 ul per sample. Known and questioned biological stains to be typed using Globalfiler and Yfiler Plus. Serological and mixture testing shall be required at least once per year. At least one test in each calendar year pair (e.g. the 1st cycle and 4th cycle, the 2nd cycle and 5th cycle and the 3rd cycle and 6th cycle) must have semen that would require differential extractions, and allow for separate fraction results to be reported. Results shall require the allele calls for each locus for the kits utilized and inclusion/exclusion of the references to the questioned samples. Four (4) single?source human DNA samples, to include at least 1 male sample. Each sample will consist of two (2) cotton swabs, each containing sufficient DNA for complete typing at 24 cycles using the GlobalFiler, GlobalFiler Express, Identifiler Plus, and the YFiler Plus amplification kits containing a minimum of 15 ul per sample. Reference SOW for additional specific qualifications and requirements., 1, JOB; LI 005: DNA Interpretation, 16 Total# CY Tests (Semi-Annual):(8) SPRING Interpretations and (8) FALL Four (4) generated Identifiler Plus DNA electropherograms, two (2) known profiles and two (2) questioned profiles, delivered via digital download for interpretation only. The Amplitude Thresholds will be as follows: Blue: 32 relative fluorescence units (rfu); Green: 41 rfu; Yellow: 71 rfu; Red: 76 rfu; Internal Lane Standard (ILS): 500 rfu. At least one (1) of the questioned/evidence profiles will be a mixture, and mixtures will not contain more than three (3) contributors. Results required from the test taker should include number of contributors in the questioned samples and inclusion or exclusion of each reference to the questioned samples. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
