This announcement constitutes the solicitation quotes have been requested and a written solicitation will not be listed. This is a request for quote (RFO) with a solicitation number Purchase Request (PR) 0011653595. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This requirement is to fill Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) cylinders with Nitrogen and other gases. The list of cyclinders is listed in the Specification Document. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 325120 – Industrial Gas Manufacturing. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using “ALL or NONE” basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose price is lowest and considered fair and reasonable.

Be advised that the U.S. government will not be able to set aside this if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with the information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disable Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement as a fair market price.
