The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339113 with a corresponding size standard of 750. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central, JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, TX, is seeking potential sources to provide Custom Carmeda Coated H-L Kits n Trace Cart - Rev #13 Each Kit includes: 2 ea. - DLP 10061 Macro Suction Tubes # 20fr 1 ea. - Deroyal 53-1094 Trace Cart 1 ea. # AMD 62PM84F M/F Pressure Monitoring Line 84# 1 ea. - MDT Carmeda Bonded Total System to include H-L Pack, Oxygenator and Centrifugal Pump 1 ea. - Quest 5001102 Cardioplegia Delivery System, used in the DOS Department at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), JBSA–Fort Sam Houston, TX. The Period of Performance (PoP) will not exceed 3 years and will consist of (1) base period and two option periods.
