This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quote (RFP) with a solicitation number PR#0011619807. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. This requirement is for BMACH Uniform Leasing and Accessories. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 81233 – Linen and Uniform/ 812331 - Linen Supply. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Benning has a requirement for rental of uniforms for the Nutrition Care Division civilian employees. The Government contemplates to award firm fixed price using basis to an offeror who has determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose price is the lowest price technically acceptable and considered fair and reasonable. If the contractor shows a pattern of not complying with the Statement of Work, the contractor will be terminated. This is a Base Year plus 4 Option Years.
