The specifications are in the attached document. We are looking for sources that can provide the required equipment. Additional details are currently under review but may include: - Vehicles must meet safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements to operate in all European countries, including Georgia and Ukraine. - A vehicle / trailer roadside assistance, to include tire replacement and vehicle recovery, service must be provided and available with live personnel 24/7. - Vehicles down for repair or maintenance for 48 hours or more will have a replacement provided at no additional cost. - Vehicle must have winter tires and snow chains - Repair facilities within 50km of Kaiserslautern, Germany The minimum estimated leasing period is 1.5 years.
