This sources sought combines 2 previous sources sought into one as it was seen to be in the best interest of the Government and tax payers. The Contractor shall conduct approximately 120 digital instruction training events supporting 4600 students for a total of around 75,000 contact hours. Students will be required to be proficient in Command and Control (C2) digital systems to support and conduct exercises which includes support of Mission Command Art and Science Program (MCASP) with training related to Battle Command as a Weapon System (BCAWS) proficiencies and perform C2 operations within a Tactical Operations Center (TOC). This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Higher Command (HICON) and Lower Command (LOWCON) capability to MSCoE G3 Training Instruction Branch to Support Simulation Training. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
