See attached titled “Questions and Answers”. The purpose of this amendment is the following; To delete the attachment titled “Combined Synopsis Solicitation” as it was not the correct version. The correct one is already an attachment titled, “Combined Synopsis Solicitation (22 Jul)”. To post the Questions and Answers. See attached titled “Questions and Answers”. To post an attachment of a higher quality map titled “Updated Map” and to delete the original “Map” attachment that was posted. The purpose of this modification is to update the Combined Synopsis Solicitation and to add the Schedule of Services attachment. This requirement is to provide for the lease of forty-two (42) portable toilets to include waste removal, servicing with chemicals, and furnishing toilet paper on a once-a-week basis. Requirement is in support of Army Tenant Units, Army Non-tenant Units, Army Reserve, Army National Guard and Program of Instruction (POI) School House Courses in accomplishing their Commanders' training objectives. Directorate of Public Works (DPW) serves as the staff proponent for base operations support (BOS) in order to sustain mission capability including waste water services. This contract is to meet minimum baseline support requirements at remote, high use range and training areas. Portable latrines are provided in remote areas where restrooms are not available.
