The US Army War College in support of the Strategic Studies Institute (SSI) requires the items enumerated in the Performance Work Statement. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Carlisle Barracks intends to award this requirement for People’s Liberation Army (PLA) on a Sole Source basis to: National Bureau of Asian Research at 1414 NE 42nd Street Suite 300, Seattle, WA 98105-6287 on a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Should any future requirement(s) evolve from this preliminary planning process, the Period of Performance is anticipated to be 1 Sep 2020 to 30 Jun 2021. This procurement will be processed as Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is neither a Request for Quotation nor an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 611710 with size standard of $15M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by Thursday, 20 August 2020 at 1:00 p.m. If no affirmative written responses are received by the due date indicating that comparable source exists, an order will be placed with National Bureau of Asian Research for the aforementioned requirement.
