The market search is to determine the capabilities of all businesses (large and small) interested in the opportunity described below. This acquisition will provide unlimited on-line software access. This software subscription is an essential part of JROTC being a character development and citizenship program. Part of which includes teaching Cadets how to master the appropriate social and emotional skills to be better citizens.
