The Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) intends to verbally solicit and subsequently award a firm fixed price purchase order to a single source, SOC LLC DBA: SOC Nevada, 9 S. Maine Ave, Hawthorne, NV 89415-9404, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one responsible source reasonably available. This is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. This requirement is for logistics support services at the Hawthorne Army Depot (HAWD) to support military training for the NVARNG from March 13-24, 2020. HWAD is Government-Owned Contractor-Operated facility under a memorandum of agreement with the NVARNG for training facility, lanes, and range usage. All requirements for training at HWAD are coordinated through SOC LLC as the sole responsible contractor for operating and maintaining HWAD. The NV ARNG uses this facility for weapons qualification, field training operations, best warrior competition training, etc. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210 Facilities Support Services. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurement(s). To be eligible for awards with the Army National Guard, offerors must be registered with the System Award Management System (SAM) www.sam.gov.
