The contractor shall schedule and perform work and services required to inspect, measure, calibrate and report findings on government owned Communications Equipment to include rectifiers, power boards... The contractor shall schedule and perform work and services required to inspect, measure, calibrate and report findings on government owned Communications Equipment to include rectifiers, power boards, batteries and inverters at monthly, semiannually (every six months) and annually maintenance intervals. Fort Leonard Wood will provide a minimum of eight (8) consecutive hours of site accessibility during scheduled work periods. The contractor’s responsibilities under this specification are limited to scheduled maintenance of all Communication Direct Current (DC) power distribution unit / rectifier, battery, inverter power and UPS systems Equipment in buildings 406 rooms 37 & 38, 3200 room 51, and 1018A ADN. The contractor will provide a diagnostic status report to the site contact with recommended courses of action if something is in critical condition or could possibly become critical. The contractor will provide a quote for corrective actions and recommendations to include parts that need replaced and the designated representative would then purchase these parts.
