For more detailed information. Please see the attached performance work statement. Scope. The contractor shall schedule and perform work and services required to inspect, measure, calibrate and report findings on government owned Communications Equipment to include rectifiers, power boards, batteries and inverters at monthly, semiannually (every six months) and annually maintenance intervals. Fort Leonard Wood will provide a minimum of eight (8) consecutive hours of site accessibility during scheduled work periods. The contractor’s responsibilities under this specification are limited to scheduled maintenance of all DC power and UPS Equipment in buildings 1018A, 406 and 3200. The contractor will provide a diagnostic status report at no additional cost to the Government to the site contact with recommended courses of action if something is in critical condition or could possibly become critical. The contractor will provide recommendations for corrective actions. The contractor shall perform scheduled maintenance triannually ( three times annually) starting on or around the first day of the 1st, 5th and 9th month after contract award date, see Annex B: Power and Battery Systems Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS). A summary of the scheduled maintenance performed by the contractor shall be reported to the contracting officer or designated representative within 5 business days of completion of maintenance.
