The contractor shall provide annual maintenance support for equipment in 24 seminar rooms in Root Hall, US Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA. The contract period of performance will be a base period of one year,plus 2 option years. The equipment to be maintained for example is primarily AMX, Extron, SMART equipment,refer to the Attachment list in the PWS (Part 5) for the comprehensive equipment covered, as the ones mentioned does not reflect all the types of equipment that requires maintenance and or repair. Minimum Bid Decrement is $1 The Buyer is requiring that any rebid must be lower than the 'current bid price' by this amount. The reduction is based on the total order and must be satisfied within the rebid minimum. Purchase Order or Delivery Order Buyer intends to issue award using a purchase order or delivery order. Bids from Sellers unable to accept purchase orders or delivery orders will not be considered for award. Set-Aside Requirement This solicitation is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified Sellers can quote.
