The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Carlisle Barracks intends to award this requirement for two Cell Pods one for collaborative space measuring 21'6"x11'9'' and one 12'x12' for executive office space on a Sole Source basis to: The Senator Group DBA Allermuir, 4111 N. Jerome Rd, Maumee, OH 43547, on a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The delivery period of this requirement is 9 October 2019. With the anticipated delivery to take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks with a one day installation period. This procurement will be processed as Other Than Full and Open Competition per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (See attached Sole Source J & A). This is neither a Request for Quotation nor an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 337214 with a size standard of 1000. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by 10 September 2019. If no affirmative written responses are received by the due date indication that a comparable source exists, an order will be placed with Senator Group DBA Allermuir, for the aforementioned requirement.
