THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS TO the Army & Air Force Exchange Service, Building 313 Lovell Avenue, Carlisle, PA 17013-5040 to provide food and beverages in support of the 2019 National Security Seminar (NSS) on post, USAWC. THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE PROCESSED AS OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AS AUTHORIZED BY FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). THIS IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A FORTHCOMING SOLICITATION. NAICS code for this requirement is 722310.
