This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 0011305362 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The closing date and time of this solicitation is 14 Feb 2019, 03:00 P.M. EST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 484210, Size STD $27.5 million. This requirement is a 100% [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The requirements in this solicitation: The contractor to provide moving and transportation services, disassemble, packing, pickup, delivery, unpacking, reassembly and rearranging of cubicle, furniture and/or equipment (to include electronic equipment, computers with peripheral devices, telephones, safes and appliances) from TNGs 6, 7, 9, and 12 to Nelson Hall, per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). There will be a mandatory site visit for all vendors that plan to respond to the Request for Quote (RFQ). If you do not attend the site visit you will not be able to submit a quote. The site visit is scheduled for Friday, 8 Feb at 1000 hours at NELSON HALL, 506 CHAMBERLAIN AVENUE, BLDG 29801 Fort Gordon GA 30905.
