The 502d Contracting Squadron at JBSA-Randolph is contemplating the acquisition of Alion Science and Technology's Training Management and Scheduling System (TMSS) Software to be installed, input of data, and maintenance in the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Microsoft Azure Cloud for one year. Please see the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more details. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for this acquisition is 541511 - Custom Computer Program Services, the small business size standard is $27.5M. Interested firms are encouraged to recommend a more appropriate NAICS in their response; however, include the rationale for an alternate selection.
