Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5(a)(1)(iii) the National GeoSpatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is making publicly available the justifications required by 6.305(a) within 14 days after contract award. This contract provides CATB Nautical Cartography training that introduces the competencies from a practical level and provides the practical comprehension, along with the essentioal theoretical background, necessary for individuals to carry out the various cartography tasks. This modification exercises the final year of the contract, increases the number of sessions to be taught in the final year of the contract and increases the contract value.
