The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform and assist Services in all phases of USPFO’s Warehouse, Central Issue facility, Property Management Branch, as defined in this PWS. The Contractor shall provide a full range of non-personal services to achieve maximum effectiveness and economy in operations in support of the Texas Army National Guard. This will be a base year with 4 option years starting 1 AUG 2021.
