This correspondence constitutes Amendment 0001 to the original letter solicitation to add items to the Boeing Captain of Industry (COI) Requirements type Contract# SPRPA1-22-D-001U. In reference to the Boeing email titled, RE: SPRA1-23-R-0008 -PROP-24-033875 DLA Steering Unit/Cylinder/Landing Gear and dated December 202, 2024, Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to cancel this solicitation and rescind the request for proposal in its entirety as of the date of this letter. This action is taken since The Boeing Company is unable to meet the requirements of the solicitation and is pursuant to DLAD 52.216-9006 “Addition/Deletion of Items”. An acknowledgement to this amendment and intent to respond to the solicitation is due within five (5) business days starting upon receipt of this letter. Be advised that this amendment and contract action shall be published on the SAM.Gov website for viewing by the general public.
