The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year BASE with one 3-year OPTION IQC for ROBERTSON FUEL SYSTEMS (CAGE 1T765) P/N HM022-048-11 and P/N HM022-096-21, approved source of supply. Therefore, only business concerns offering material from ROBERTSON FUEL SYSTEMS (CAGE 1T765) P/N HM022-048-11 and P/N HM022-096-21 will be considered. NSN: 6150-01-398-6907 Nomenclature: CABLE ASSEMBLY-SWIT NSN: 6150-01-475-7634 Nomenclature: CABLE ASSEMBLY,SPEC BOTH NSNS have a CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM REQUIREMENT; NAICS 334419 SPE4A622R0369 Required delivery is 195 days after receipt of order (DARO) for each NSN. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) – 22 and 26 each respectively. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 2-year base with one 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 24 June 2022. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian.
