This pre-solicitation notice is being issued by the 316 CONS, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 ahead of an anticipated procurement to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to maintain and repair aircraft hangar doors at Joint Base Andrews (JBA) in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation of the doors in accordance with applicable standards and the manufacturer’s instructions. The Contractor shall provide the services outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement. Period of performance is a base year, with four (4) option periods.
