The Contractor shall be responsible for performing customer service support to A&FRC customers to include conducting customer intake assessments, providing information and referral, administrative and customer services tasks—all requiring independent judgment. In addition, this position requires initiative, customer focused sensitivity, and discretion. Position will also serve as a back up to A&FRC Community Readiness Assistant. All quotes must be developed in accoradnce with the attached Wage Determination. All quotes shall contain a candidate resume' that will demonstrate the candidates abilities to meet all of the requiremnts listed in the PWS. Executive Order 13706 does apply to this requirement.
