DLA Troop Support intends to issue at a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for the acquisition of the following NSN 3940-01-475-4983. This RFQ will be in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The nomenclature of this NSN is a Tackle Block. Solicitation period will be 30 days. The Request for Quote (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ and the Government Point -Of-Entry (GPE) through SAM.gov after January 24th, 2024. It will be for a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for this NSN with a One (1) Year Base and Four (4), One (1) Option Years. All material being both Customer Direct and DLA Direct CONUS only. This acquisition will be unrestricted. The required production lead time is 60 days ADO. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be destination. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by DLA Troop Support.
