This is a noncompetitive acquisition for contractor services from Accenture Federal Services to support the Unified Tracking System Development Branch (UTSDB) within the Applications Development and Services Division (ADSD) of the US Census Bureau with its Enterprise Reporting System. Awarding this task order ensures critical services are not interrupted while the government seeks resolution to the protest of task order #1333LB-19-F-0000-0520. This Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) is for the approval to issue a sole source, short-term Task Order under the National Institutes of Health's (NIH) CIO-SP3 SB Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) held by Accenture Federal Services LLC. The term will be for a three (3)-month base period of performance with three (3)1-month option periods to afford litigation to be concluded.
