The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Contractor support to analyze, design, develop, implement, instruct, and evaluate information technology training. These services shall be procured via a single, not-to-exceed (NTE) firm-fixed price labor rate, time and materials (T+M) basis. See attached PWS and Attachments 1 & 2 for additional requirement information. Please reply with your capability statement (1-2 page limit) and vendor interest for this requirement by the closing date. This requirement is an 8(a) small business set-aside.
